DAMAGED/BROKEN MERCHANDISE:
My pieces are produced by hand and not in a factory, therefore, I understand that human error can exist and I acknowledge that unfortunate things can happen to the items that we love. My top priority is to always ensure my customers are happy with their purchase! Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your jewelry, send me an email and I will do my best to find a resolution to your problem! If you believe an item(s) was damaged during transit, upon delivery please email within 7 days with photos attached.
