US SHIPPING

Ivey Lynn James ships USPS to locations within the U.S. and orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. 

**Custom Jewelry may require up to 3-4 weeks to process and ship during busy periods. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ivey Lynn James currently ships to Australia, Canada, EU, and the United Kingdom. International orders are processed within 2-5 business days. USPS First Class Package International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive at customs, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. For customers needing faster delivery times, please consider upgrading your shipping method as international shipping delays are a common occurrence.

In some cases, your order may need to be picked up at an assigned local pick-up location. Your order may be subject to higher shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If any fees are applicable, please understand that these will be the buyers responsibility, not Ivey Lynn James. Returns are not accepted for international orders.
